Effective Date: July 21, 2026Last Updated: July 21, 2026
Organizational Tool Only. Day Count is provided solely as an organizational planning tool based upon information entered or confirmed by the user.
General Lack of Independent Verification. RotationOS generally does not independently verify travel records, immigration records, passport stamps, airline records, border-entry records, GPS data, government databases, tax records, employer records, or visa records.
No Legal Determination. Day Count does not determine or establish tax residency, immigration status, visa compliance, citizenship, permanent residency, employment eligibility, Schengen compliance, U.S. substantial-presence status, 183-day rules, Gulf residency, offshore work compliance, physical-presence determinations, government reporting obligations, or legal residence.
Calculation Limits. Day Count uses calendar-day estimates based on user-selected settings. Travel days may remain unassigned, users may need to correct locations manually, schedule edits may change totals, and time-zone choices may affect date classifications.
No Jurisdiction-Specific Analysis. No partial-day or jurisdiction-specific legal analysis is performed. Users remain solely responsible for verifying their records and consulting qualified tax, legal, and immigration advisers.
Independent Records Required. Users remain responsible for maintaining independent records, including official travel, immigration, employment, tax, passport, and border-entry records. RotationOS should not be treated as the user’s sole or official record of physical presence.
Liability Exclusion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RotationOS LLC is not liable for tax, immigration, visa, residency, employment, travel, government-reporting, or compliance consequences arising from Day Count use.
