Acceptance. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of RotationOS, operated by RotationOS LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By accessing or using RotationOS, the user agrees to these Terms.
Accounts and Security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, restricting access to devices, and all activity under their accounts. Users must provide accurate information and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.
Acceptable Use; Prohibited AI and Data Extraction Uses. Users may use RotationOS only for lawful personal planning and organizational purposes. Users may not engage in illegal activity, fraud, malware distribution, unauthorized security testing, interference with systems, copyright infringement, false information submission, or account sharing where restricted. Users may not use RotationOS content, interfaces, documentation, or outputs to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems without written permission; extract proprietary datasets; mine algorithms or calculations; conduct automated scraping; systematically copy content; reverse engineer the service; or attempt to reproduce the Rotation Engine or other proprietary functionality. This does not prohibit ordinary user exports of the user’s own information.
Software License. RotationOS grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application in accordance with these Terms and applicable platform rules.
Beta Feature Availability. Features, functions, designs, calculations, or services tested during the beta may be modified, delayed, discontinued, or never commercially released.
Ownership and Intellectual Property. RotationOS LLC and its licensors retain all rights in RotationOS, Rotation Engine, rotate, logos, designs, interface, graphics, source code, algorithms, calculations, documentation, trademarks, business methods, trade secrets, and all related intellectual property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Beta Software and Updates. Beta versions may be unstable, incomplete, and subject to change. RotationOS may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Updates may change calculations, outputs, or workflows.
Schedules and Planning Outputs. Rotation schedules are generated from user-provided information and system calculations. Users must review and confirm all schedules before relying on them. RotationOS does not guarantee travel, work, pay, visa, document, or financial outcomes.
User Responsibility. Users remain responsible for employer requirements, government requirements, contracts, payroll, taxes, immigration, visas, licenses, certifications, and document validity. RotationOS is not a payroll, tax, immigration, accounting, HR, legal, or professional advisory service.
User Content and Uploaded Documents. Users retain ownership of their uploaded documents, photos, certificates, schedules, notes, financial information, and other uploaded or entered content. Users grant RotationOS only a limited, non-exclusive license necessary to host, process, display, back up, transmit, and otherwise operate the service for them, operate support, maintain security, and comply with law.
Feedback. Users grant RotationOS LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use suggestions, feedback, bug reports, and improvement ideas without compensation or ownership claims, while not transferring ownership of the user’s pre-existing intellectual property.
Disclaimers. RotationOS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RotationOS disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
Indemnification. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RotationOS LLC from claims arising out of misuse, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, inaccurate information, unauthorized uploads, or infringement of third-party rights.
Force Majeure. RotationOS is not responsible for delay, failure, interruption, or nonperformance caused by events outside RotationOS’s reasonable control, including Internet outages, Apple or App Store outages, cloud-provider failures, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, government action, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, or other events beyond reasonable control.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any policies or supplemental terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the user and RotationOS concerning the service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings concerning the same subject matter.
Assignment. Users may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without RotationOS’s written consent. RotationOS may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, asset sale, or transfer of the business.
Export Control. Users must comply with United States export-control, sanctions, and trade laws and may not use RotationOS in violation of those laws.
Electronic Communications. Users consent to receive service notices, security alerts, account communications, legal notices, transactional emails, and beta communications electronically. Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable law and available opt-out rights.
Survival. The following provisions survive termination where applicable: intellectual property, user-content licenses necessary for wind-down, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute provisions, and provisions that by their nature should survive.
International Use. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of RotationOS complies with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
Enterprise Features. Certain enterprise, employer, staffing-agency, agency-workspace, or other business features may be governed by separate agreements that supplement or replace portions of these Terms.
Suspension and Termination. RotationOS may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or operational necessity. Users may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes. RotationOS may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
