Who We Are. RotationOS LLC, a Texas limited liability company, operates RotationOS. RotationOS is a personal planning and organizational platform designed to help rotational workers organize schedules, travel, finances, documentation, and personal planning.

Scope. This Privacy Policy explains how RotationOS LLC collects, uses, stores, discloses, transfers, and protects personal information through https://rotationos.com, Apple TestFlight distribution, the United States Apple App Store, customer support, and any related services.

Information Users Voluntarily Provide. Current website collection is limited to name, email address, user type or category, contact-form messages, support requests, and feedback. Users may also voluntarily provide account information, profile details, and communications.

Application Information. Potential application data may include rotation schedules, work periods, home, work, and travel dates, travel information, financial-planning information, paycheck estimates, work-expense information, Day Count information, physical-presence locations entered by the user, certification information, medical-document dates, visa, passport, and document information, user-uploaded documents, family visibility settings, device information, crash reports, diagnostic information, and Apple account identifiers where applicable.

Automatically Collected Information. RotationOS may collect device type, operating system, application version, log data, diagnostic events, crash reports, approximate technical identifiers, and usage events necessary to maintain security, debug issues, improve performance, and support users.

Use of Information. RotationOS uses information to provide and operate the service, create and manage accounts, generate user-requested schedules and planning outputs, store user documents and reminders, respond to support requests, improve reliability, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, administer beta testing, process subscriptions where applicable, and communicate service updates.

Legal Bases for Processing. Where applicable, RotationOS processes personal information based on user consent, performance of a contract with the user, compliance with legal obligations, protection of legitimate interests, and other lawful bases available under applicable law.

No Sale of Personal Information. RotationOS does not sell personal information.

User-Provided and Generally Unverified Information. RotationOS generally does not independently verify user-entered information against travel records, passport stamps, government systems, payroll systems, immigration systems, tax systems, GPS records, employer records, calendar records, OCR outputs, passport scans, travel-data services, or airline records. Day Count and financial-planning data are user-provided organizational information and are not professionally verified.

Voluntarily Provided Sensitive Information. Users voluntarily choose whether to enter or upload information concerning medical dates or documents, passports, visas, work permits, certifications, financial planning, physical presence and travel, family members, and other potentially sensitive records. Users should only provide information necessary for their use of the service.

User Compliance Responsibility. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of RotationOS and any information they provide complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Apple Services and Identifiers. If distributed through Apple TestFlight or the United States Apple App Store, RotationOS may receive or use Apple-provided identifiers, App Store purchase status, TestFlight feedback information, crash reports, diagnostic information, and related platform information subject to Apple’s applicable terms.

International Data Transfers. Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Users who live or work internationally understand that privacy laws may differ from those in their country of residence or work location.

Cookies and Similar Technologies. The RotationOS website may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for website operation, security, form functionality, and user preferences. RotationOS does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers unless disclosed in an updated policy or consent notice.

Security. RotationOS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. Information is encrypted during transmission where reasonably available. No system is completely secure, and RotationOS cannot guarantee absolute security.

User Rights and Requests. Users may request to access their information, update or correct their information, request an export, request deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, and request account deletion through allen@rotationos.com. RotationOS may verify identity before acting on a request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Correction, Export, and Deletion. Users may request correction of inaccurate information, export of account data where reasonably available, deletion of account information, and account deletion. Some information may remain in backups, logs, legal records, or records required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

Uploaded Information About Others. If users upload information about another person, including family members, dependents, coworkers, or emergency contacts, they are responsible for having the necessary authority or consent.

Changes. RotationOS may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be identified by a revised date. Continued use after the effective date means the user accepts the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
