TestFlight Beta Agreement

Pre-Release Software. RotationOS beta software distributed through Apple TestFlight is pre-release software. It is provided for testing, evaluation, and feedback only.

Invitation-Only Access. Beta access may be limited, invitation-only, and revocable. RotationOS may accept, reject, suspend, or remove testers at any time.

Eligibility. Testers must meet applicable age, platform, and account requirements and must comply with Apple TestFlight terms, these beta terms, and RotationOS instructions.

Instability and Defects. The beta may crash, contain defects, produce incorrect results, lose data, change calculations, remove features, or become unavailable without notice.

No Continuity Guarantee. RotationOS does not guarantee continuity, production stability, service levels, uptime, support response times, or migration of beta data to production.

User Backups. Testers are responsible for backing up important information and should not store the only copy of important documents, schedules, or planning records in the beta.

No Reliance. Beta users should not rely on RotationOS for payroll, tax, immigration, legal, travel, employment, certification, medical, or regulatory decisions.

Specific Disclaimers. Financial-planning outputs, Day Count information, rotation schedules, document reminders, and uploaded-document displays are organizational tools only and must be independently verified by the tester.

Feedback Rights. Testers grant RotationOS LLC a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to use feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, and recommendations supplied about RotationOS without compensation or ownership claims by the tester. This applies only to feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, and recommendations supplied about RotationOS and does not transfer ownership of the tester’s pre-existing intellectual property or personal content.

Bug Reports and Diagnostics. RotationOS may review bug reports, screenshots, crash logs, diagnostics, and feedback submitted through TestFlight or support channels for internal development, troubleshooting, and product improvement.

Contact Permission. Testers permit RotationOS to contact them about beta participation, feedback, issues, updates, and product research.

Suspension and Termination. RotationOS may suspend or terminate the beta, a tester’s access, or any build at any time. Testers may stop participating at any time by deleting the beta application and discontinuing use.

Apple TestFlight Terms and Build Expiration. TestFlight distribution is subject to Apple’s applicable TestFlight, App Store Connect, and platform terms. Apple may impose build expiration, tester limits, review requirements, and diagnostic processes, and TestFlight builds may automatically expire or become unavailable under Apple’s rules.

Required Beta Acknowledgement. I understand beta software may lose data or produce incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect results.

Acceptance. By installing, accessing, or using the TestFlight beta, the tester accepts this Agreement.
